Each year at the BSM Summit, we recognize four individuals for the tremendous work they’re doing in the sports media business. The Jeff Smulyan Award is presented to sports media’s top executive. The Mark Chernoff Award goes to sports radio’s top programmer. The Champions Award is presented to an individual who has used their platform to make a meaningful difference beyond the airwaves. And the Lifetime Achievement Award is given to an industry icon who has made a lasting impact on the business.
